Does this set up include connection of multiple computers?
Yes both the online & onsite services include connection of 3 computers.
Will The I.T. Guys connect my computer to my network modem/router?
For the online service we will step you through connecting your network modem/router. For the onsite service, we will physically install all hardware that is necessary.
Will The I.T. Guys make sure the network is secure?
Absolutely. We'll make sure your network is secure and encrypted with password protection.
Does this include wireless printing setup?
Yes. We will setup a network printer or configure a printer to be shared among multiple computers.
Does this include connecting a wireless Home Theater device such as an Apple TV or Blu-ray player?
Yes. We will setup the device but it must support wireless networking. See the device manual to determine if it supports wireless networking.
Will I be able to share my photos, videos, and music across my network?
We'll even go one step further. Photos, videos and music can be shared between your computers and even with some gaming consoles.
