Do I need a certain type of phone or mobile device to connect to the internet?
As long as your mobile device is 3G/4G enabled and has the ability to connect to wireless networks then it's fine.
Which brands of phone does this service cover?
All the major mobile device brands including Apple iPhone, Samsung, Nokia, Blackberry, HTC, Palm, etc. Again, if it can connect to the net then we can help.
Does this service include a SIM card and data plan
No you will need to organise that with one of the moblie service providers such as Telstra, Optus, Vodaphone, Virgin, etc. We will setup your new phone/mobile device and connect it to the internet
